Connecting GrowthDrive with your HubSpot CRM makes the handling of your programs much more efficient. It helps you automate things like leads creation, rewards distribution and more.
Connect your HubSpot CRM Account
To connect your HubSpot CRM go to your account settings in GrowthDrive, click on integrations and the HubSpot connect button.
On confirmation step from HubSpot approve the connection by clicking on "connect app".
By now the connection is ready. If you would like to sync your partners to HubSpot click on sync partners. That would create all partners you invite into GrowthDrive as contacts in HubSpot CRM and also a "partner ID" contact property. That property can then be used to create list of all your partners in HubSpot.
You are done! Your HubSpot CRM is integrated with GrowthDrive.
See associated partner on contact records - your HubSpot contacts who have clicked on a referral link, used a referral code or were submitted by one of your partners through their partner dashboard will be associated with a partner.
Associate partner with Hubspot contact - you can associate HubSpot contacts with your partners manually from HubSpot.
See associated partner on deal records - deals associated with a Hubspot contact who were referred by one of your partners will show that partner on the deal record
Add reward to a deal - you can add a reward to a deal directly from a HubSpot deal record
After you have connected your GrowthDrive account with your HubSpot portal you will find new contact and deal properties in HubSpot
Partner Code - you can use this field in HubSpot forms to ask website visitors to enter a partner code they have received from your partners. When a visitor enters a code from one of your partners, we will assign that lead to the related partner.
Partner ID - if you have synced your partners with Hubspot they will be created as contact in HubSpot and each of them will receive a partner ID. You can use this property to create a list of all your partners.
Referral Code - this is the default code your partners should share with their network. The code is unique to each partner. You can use this field to embed the code for example into HubSpot newsletters and remind partners about the code to share.
Referral Link - this is the default link your partners should share with their network. The link is unique to each partner. You can use this field to embed the link for example into HubSpot newsletters to remind partners about the link to share.
Referred Leads - Shows the amount of leads referred by a contact. You can use this property to identify your most active and valuable referral sources.
Virtual Partner - you can make any contact from Hubspot a virtual partner in GrowthDrive by switching this property to "YES". After you activate it for a specific contact, the referral code and referral link will get created and you can share the referral information with your contact. Virtual partners have not an activated GrowthDrive account and will not receive your program notifications from GrowthDrive. All your "real" partners who have an active GrowthDrive account will have this property switched to "NO". Through this property you can easily incentivize your entire database and provide the sharing data without the need to onboard all the contacts into GrowthDrive.
Discount - once you applied a both sided reward to a deal this field will show the amount of discount you should provide to your client
GrowthDrive Amount - By default GrowthDrive calculates rewards based on the HubSpot property "Deal Amount". In integration settings you can alternatively activate the option to use the property "GrowthDrive Amount" for reward calculation.
Reward - this field shows the amount of money you have confirmed as a reward to your partner for a particular deal. You can use this field to calculate the deal value after rewards. It can also be used to identify all deals with rewards applied.
